Most of March we spent taking in all the teachable moments we could find, concerning the art and business of photography. I spent 10 days taking a workshop with Joe Cogliandro of J. Cogliandro Photography. Joe is a master at his art and a wonderful friend. We are so grateful to him and his family for their encouragement, and insight to make Tim and I better artists.
Here are some of the first of our spring portraits. We were able to make good use of some of approaches and techniques we learned from Joe. Beautiful Mess Photography can still be true to style, but we have a new confidence and a wider vision for our business and our art. Thanks to J Cogliandro Photography for some of the new tricks I learned!
